At Dhanishtha Films, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality services and products. However, we understand that there may be occasions where a refund is required. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand when and how refunds may be issued.

  1. Digital Products
    Refunds for digital products such as music downloads or video streaming services will not be provided unless there was a technical issue on our end that prevented access to the purchased content. In such cases, customers may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date.

  2. Event Tickets
    Refunds for event tickets purchased through Dhanishtha Films will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled event date. A processing fee may apply to all ticket refunds.

  3. Artist Management Services
    Refunds for artist management services will not be granted once the service has been initiated or if contractual agreements have been fulfilled. Any refund requests must be made in writing and will be reviewed by our management team.

  4. Physical Products
    If customers receive damaged or defective physical products (such as CDs, DVDs, or merchandise) from Dhanishtha Films, they may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date. Proof of purchase is required for all physical product refund requests.

  5. Processing Time
    Refunds requested under the terms of our Refund Policy will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date the request is approved. The refund will be issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  6. No Refund Policy Exceptions
    Please note that Dhanishtha Films reserves the right to determine refund eligibility based on the specific circumstances of each case. Refunds will not be provided for reasons other than those outlined in this Refund Policy.
