Our online courses are digital products. You get access as soon as your payment goes through, so all purchases are final and non-refundable.

We make an exception in these cases:

• You were charged more than once for the same course

• Your payment went through but you did not get access

• A technical issue on our side stops you from watching the course, and we cannot fix it within 7 days

To ask for a refund in one of these cases, email dhanishtha888@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase. Include the email address you used to buy and a short description of the issue. We reply within 24 hours. An approved refund goes back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.

We do not offer refunds if you change your mind, do not finish the course or find the course is not what you expected. The course page describes what is included before you buy.
